Helping Mission-Driven Organizations Build Capacity, Access Funding, and Expand Impact
Neighborhoods to Nations National Grant Center (NTN)
is a national consulting and technical assistance organization helping faith-based and community-serving organizations turn vision into sustainable impact. For more than 25 years, we have worked alongside leaders to identify and secure funding, strengthen organizational capacity, navigate complex government systems, maintain compliance, and build programs positioned for long-term success. Our work extends far beyond grant writing. NTN supports organizations throughout the full lifecycle of growth and funding—from assessing readiness and developing funding strategies to securing grants and contracts, implementing programs, strengthening fiscal and operational systems, measuring outcomes, and planning for sustainability. We believe strong organizations build stronger communities. That is why our goal is not simply to help organizations win funding, but to help them build the infrastructure, partnerships, knowledge, and capacity necessary to use those resources well and create lasting change.
